Lynn’s Cast
My wife fell, fractured her wrist and has had it in a cast for three weeks. I told Ziggy to take some time off from hunting the living dead to keep an eye on her.

One more week to go before the cast comes off and Lynn can resume her hobby of fighting crime on the weekends. But I’ve asked her to be more careful in the future when she’s leaping from building to building in pursuit of a suspect.

hahaha, when the cast comes off all shall resume to normal activity as always, Ziggy hunting and Lynn leaping from building to building or at least feeding giant insects in her garden.

Bears more than a passing resemblance to our dancer, or am I crazy? Uh, yeah. I suppose I may still be crazy either way.

Bravo, this image should be on your wall in pride of place; the dog casually guarding the wounded limb, while Lynn’s still strong right hand, slightly tensed, implies its own capability; her pose relaxed but upright, ready, while the expression of slight disdain counters any assumption of disability; the empty space on the couch reserved of course for the unseen artist. This isn’t a drawing Doug, it’s a portrait.
